Our HUSTLE HOUSE LEAGUE program offers girls a competitive basketball experience by learning team concepts and implementing them into real games each week. This developmental league focuses on furthering individual skills and teaching the team-play aspect of the sport. Each week girls will have a team practice and modified rules / gameplay on 8–10-foot hoops. All league players receive 50% discount on our weekly girls only Elite Training Academy Skills classes.

Typical Session Overview

30 Minutes – Team practice prior to game

60 Minutes – League gameplay – 5 v 5 full court game with official referees.

Team Concepts of the Day Include:

Team Defense – Proper help defense positioning off the ball.

Offensive Spacing – Where to be positioned on offense when you don’t have the ball.

Offensive Ball Movement & Cutting – How to maintain ball movement and cut into open space

Running the Fastbreak – Learning how to fill lanes and taking advantage of fastbreak opportunities.

Pick and Roll Offense/Defense – How to properly use and defend ball screens.

Day/Time:

Saturday 12:30pm – 2:00pm (3rd/4th Grade)

Saturday 2:00pm – 3:30pm (5th/6th Grade)

Dates: 9 Sessions

April 6th – 13th – 20th – 27th

May 4th – 11th – 18th (Closed 25th MDW)

June 1st – 8th

Locations: Sacred Heart Athletic Center (406 E. 91st)

Cost: $675 (Includes reversible league jersey)
